From the year 2000 until 2008, we were focused on Microsoft’s on-premises solutions, especially with Small Business Server 2003 and above. But a move from the mainland US to a Caribbean island mandated a cloud-based solution, so we chose Microsoft’s Hosted Exchange and Hosted SharePoint from a third-party provider. But when Microsoft launched Office 365 in 2011, then we naturally moved to their new cloud platform as a Microsoft Partner.
We have never looked back. All of our email messages, texts, contacts, calendar items, phone system, documents, financials, notebooks, passwords, graphics, diagrams, and service delivery tools reside in the cloud. This paradigm shift in the way that we look at our operations has not only been enthusiastically embraced internally, but we evangelize these concepts and support them with a determined passion.
As much as we work on a 100% remote basis, it is our greatest reward to hear the sound of an accomplished smile.
