Second-stage Recycle Bin

Ever wonder whether a file is really gone or not? It might be in your second-stage recycle bin of OneDrive or SharePoint. After emptying your first-stage recycle bin, items remain in your second-stage recycle bin for 93 days or until items are purged due to a full second-stage recycle bin or until an administrator purposely empties the secondary bin.
